An adaptive reuse approach focused on performance, retaining the original structures while upgrading to net-zero standards.

Architecture shaped by memory and environment.

Along Shinnecock Bay, two existing homes were reimagined within their original footprints, preserving both scale and presence while introducing a new environmental performance.

Built with SIP construction and designed as net-zero energy residences, the project balances efficiency with openness—expansive glazing, natural materials, and native landscaping responding to wind, water, and light.

A quiet approach to longevity, recognized by AIA Long Island.
