This renovation above Napeague Bay reorients a traditional structure toward its most compelling asset: the view.

A continuous black metal roof and a restrained black-and-white façade define the exterior, while large-format glazing opens the interior to the west-facing bay.

The architecture recedes, allowing light, water, and sky to lead.
