Built Award–Winning Modern Coastal Home
Atlantic Beach explores a layered modern language of overlapping levels, private patios, and uninterrupted Atlantic views. A restrained material palette of modified wood, concrete, bluestone, and glass brings depth to the minimalist architecture.
Recipient of the AIA Long Island 2023 President’s Award and the Sub-Zero & Wolf Top Regional Award 2024.
